SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Typical delivery time within the Gold Coast and Tweed Area is 1-2 days, to most capital cities in 3-7 days and to most regional areas within 8-12 days.

* The above mentioned shipping times are just a guideline and in many cases your order will arrive sooner. However, we are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that any orders that are returned to us due to incorrect information supplied or items not being collected will be charges additional postage fees if it has to be redirected to an alternative address.  

LOCAL PICK UP

Free local pick up from Banora is available. Please select local pick up when at the checkout and we will be in touch to organise a collection time.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind purchases. If you receive your item and it is incorrect or damaged please contact us with photos of the damaged item along with it's original packaging.
