HOW TO ORDER:
In the provided boxes above add in what you would like written at the top and bottom of the plaque. In a thin black marker get your child/children to draw a picture. Take a clear picture without shadows and send it to calicollections@hotmail.com. After we receive your picture we will do up a proof and send it back to your before printing. Maximum two separate pictures on the plaque.
